This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul facility. I was moving my son off his college campus and didn’t have the proper tow kit. The representative went above and beyond—not only making sure I had everything I needed, but even accompanying me to another location to get the right equipment since they didn’t sell it there. He made the entire process seamless. This is the level of service every rep should strive for!
