The drop off parking lot was clean, and the staff helpful, but the location was a bit sketchy. I would not have wanted to drop off outside of the store's open hours.

This was a horrible experience. When we picked up the truck, there was a strong urine smell. In addition, we found cigarettes, peanuts, and and change, as if someone was living in the truck. I am disgusted by this experience and will not be returning to U-Haul.

Cedric RThe location itself was a little off-putting. I did not feel safe or comfortable dropping my truck off at that location. We were approached by multiple people at the gas station while we were trying to return the truck. The key drop box was broken and left open with no sign. We left it with the worker inside.
