If it wasn’t for the sweet lady there we would have just left…. We will NEVER USE Uhauls online services Again! We will never recommend it…. It doesn’t work the app is stupid not sure why you have that!! We will NEVER use this U-Haul again…. We did it once and it was a shit show we used you again thinking it can’t happen twice… well this time was a shit show too if it not for the sweet girl that saved the day!! I could do a better job on a website then who ever you use!!
