The truck was fine, but the key was not where it should have been. I had to wait for an employee to go home and get it. They did not have the blankets, dolly, or hand truck I had reserved. I had a hard time with the app & website and no one there was helpful. Pick up took an hour.

Nobody met us, two women, to hook up a cargo trailer. FINALLY got someone on the line and he said he didn’t know he was supposed to be there……he never came!!! Will NEVER use this trash hole agsin. Trailer leaked on our wedding decor destroyed half of it. SUBSTANDARD
