Not Price Cutter staff but uhaul itself. The experience I had with truck share representative over the phone will make me say 5 out of 5 do not recommend.

We did not have to interact with personnel at Price Cutters. There was a drop off box that was easy to locate.
Gayle WOverall the location was fine but we returned the truck on Monday and we were contacted on Wednesday by uhaul and to tell us our uhaul was not returned. I contacted uhaul today and they were very helpful to get strained up. It was just disappointed to have to take time to make a call to strand it all up.
