If someone rents for 6 hours they should GET 6 hours. It took over half hour of waiting in line to pick up the truck, but I still had to have it back by 5pm to avoiding getting charged extra.Meghan H.
I was in an emergency situation, I got given a truck with a check engine light on. The truck smelled like sweat. I was told my final bill would be about $68 then my bank statement showed that they charged me 3 times , the $60 then $36, then $18....I only purchased a $5 roll of packing tape. I thought the gas mileage price was to much. It cost more in mileage than to rent the vehicle. I only drove 33 miles.D H.
The trailer smelled like diesel or gasoline. We were called earlier that morning and offered a free upgrade to a 6 x 12. When we got there we were told that they didn't have anything like that available. Why would you call an offer it then? Also, the left tail light was out and wasn't disclosed to us.Kevin F.
I was glad I chose Uhaul because we ended up having to rent a 15ft truck for a week and a half due to our closing being delayed. That was only possible because of the great daily rental fee when compared to other companies. And the process both checkout and return was easy.Richard O.

Give these people the proper Equipment in checking people out. The Credit terminal at the line I was in did not work properly thus the associate had to manually type it in. These people are good, but they are frustrated with U-Haul not giving them the proper tools to do their job. DON"T Fire these people Corporate or the district they are in need to do their job so the store associates can do their Job.Neil P.

The trailer had hey in it. I was also told the truck was full of gas and to bring it back full, there was less than 3/4 full. When we dropped it off, I had to wait 45 minutes in line to be waited on because they where under staffed.john P.

I used the check in online option. That was infuriating. I took all the time to do it on line and it seemed I repeated nearly everything at the desk. So you caused me twice the time instead of saving time???? The person who took care of me at the store was great.Scott E.

We reserved the trailer in Ithaca, had to pick it up in Auburn. Staff was understanding of our time issue and having to drive an hour to pick up the trailer and gave us an extra day free. Only one small hiccup. Spouse picked up the trailer. He said the lights weren't checked by the staff. Realized when he got it home, one of the back lights didn't work. The next day we were headed to Syracuse so we stopped at a Uhaul in LIverpool to have it checked. Turned out it was a fuse in the truck rather than the trailer but could have been caught if they were checked. Overall, a good experience.John D.
No issues with the equip or pu (more or less-wrong truck assigned to someone else, had to change my agreement/contract, very complicated took a while but not a big deal) or dropoff, but I left my EZ Pass tag in the veh (my fault), tried calling very early next morning, on hold for almost 30 mins, finally got someone in a call center out west, couldn't connect me with the store, finally got me to the mngrs cell phone, left him a detailed msg to please call me back and let me know they recovered my EZ Pass tag. No rtrn call, tried calling back at least a half dozen times every half hour after waiting for well over 1.5 hrs, never could get a live person to pick up. Finally had to make time to drive from work to go to the store, mngr not in, frtntly the gentleman on duty found my tag under the counter. Again, my fault for forgetting it, still, bad communication issues. Glad it wasnt an emergency trying to reach someone there.Daniel H.
