If customer orders a dolly, make sure the they have a dolly. I got charged for it and didn't receive one.

I was extremely impressed with the employee Binyam Ayele (Benny). He was very courteous and supportive. He even let me use his own parking spot when the customer lot was full. Great customer service!

I Rented trucks in a matter of 3 weeks and 5 trucks in the 2018,2019 year. It seems that good customers such as my self should have some type of discount. it my be unusual to rent so many trucks but I'v been in transition for the past year moving from Covingtion Wa. to WoodenVille Wa. To Ravensdale Wa. then to Eugene Or. Now I'll have to rent a truck for my disabled brother who has no credit to rent for himself this late Oct. or Early Nov. 2019 and move him to Or. I feel that I'ts far in saying good customers should be rewarded ! Once I find a job and a new place to live I'll have to rent yet another truck. at which time I may or may not have the funds.

I had no problem with this location. They were helpful and professional. The truck was clean and ready to go. I do however have an issue with your online service. I reserved a truck Saturday night for Sunday morning. I had to change the reservation to the afternoon and a location closer to my home. When I got there I checked in on the wed site and followed the directions but it said that my phone location was not turned on(it was). When that stopped it then said that my reservation could not be completed. I went into the location and no one was there. I waited for around 10 minutes before I got to talk to someone who told me that they didn’t have a truck available for me and I should call customer service. I called and was redirected to another location. Already close to an hour later than I needed to be , I got to the insurance part of the rental agreement and to my knowledge i declined it but was still changed. When returning the I tried to use the website again and again it said my location was not on(it was). The store had just closed so a lot attendant helped me check in. When I heard the total cost I was surprised to hear $67 for a $19.99 rental. I know there are taxes and such but with the insurance (that I didn’t need) and the extra miles I had to drive because of the location chance my total was higher than usual. I don’t blame the 277th st location because they were very helpful but the online service needs a bit of work in my opinion

Staff was awesome BUT understaffed and too many customers. Location is impressive and clean. Add additional qualified staff members and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Side of truck says $19.95 for truck rental. This location REQUIRES you to take the additional insurance. Other locations do not! Other rental agencies do not! Bait and switch business practices are illegal and unethical. When calling corporate to discuss this issues was told that it is the discretion of the location if they sre going to REQUIRE additional insurance on their vehicles. Verys unsat!

Staff were very unprofessional and had no sense of urgency. I returned my rental on the morning of the 25th, 11 days ago and have YET to receive a callback or an email response regarding my discrepancy and concerns.I have called numerous times in which a request has been put in for the manager to follow up with me at least 4x being that they NEVER answer the and that has yet to happen. I also reached out via email and have received nothing back. I will not be returning as a customer nor will a recommend this facility. Major lack of professionalism on ALL levels.

The local store has always been great to rent from. however, they need to make sure the contracts are connected for after hour turn in. Mine wasn't and I spent an hour on the phone waiting to turn it in with a national representative. Then, even after that and sending the pictures as requested, the local office was not notified, and they called me the next day asking when I was going to turn in the trailer. Never receive a call back confirming they did have the trailer and had to call the national office again the confirm it was turned in and finally get my final receipt.
