I filled the gas tank up when I was done, approx. $40 of gas, but then realized I only used maybe 10 dollars of gas. The employee/manager was not willing in any way to reimburse me for the extra $20, $30 dollars I gave them in gas even though he acknowledged I only put on 16 miles but then added about 10 gallons of gas. Bad, Really bad customer service, great way to loose customers. Will absolutely never use them again. P.S. the cab and back was full of pot smoke, made me sick.

I was overcharged and customer service lady was rude and after talking and waiting on the phone with her to resolve the problem I was disconnected. I will be calling back but I didn’t know what number to call because I was forwarded to customer service by the reservation department. FYI- She (customer service) had my phone number and information to return my call but never did. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience as I rent from uhaul regularly. So I’m going to wait for the outcome before I do any more business with you folks. Hopefully this will be resolved timely and credited for the overcharges.

Poor communication and lack of knowledge. 24-7 pick up was a complete disaster. The pick up location indicated on the app and through customer service verification was unclear. I showed up at the location during the pickup time (6:50am) indicated and was instructed to pick up truck under a "green tent," however the truck that was at this particular location was not prepared and no keys were present. I specifically asked the customer service rep if the truck could be located somewhere else on the property...his only response was to come back when the store opened, three hours later. I lost three hours of moving time! Additionally since I checked in via the app at 6:50am and didn't pick up the truck until three hours later, I was was still charged for up time of 6:50am pick up. When brought to the attention of the store supervisor, he didn't seem to care too much about any of these issues and stated that the truck was ready for pick up at the location and that I was in the wrong because I was in the incorrect location and "they did everything correctly to prepare the truck for pickup, there was nothing he could do". Due to the delayed pick up, I had to prolong my rental which cost me more time, money and stress. I requested a courtesy discount for the issues I experienced, and there was absolutely no empathy at all. Upon return of the truck, I confirmed with a store rep, if there was another 'green tent' located on the property for truck pick up, and he stated, there was not, and that customer service routinely directed customers to the incorrect locations because each property is different. WOW! Simply the worst customer service and rental experience ever! I would not recommend UHaul to anyone, especially this location.

Almost waiting 30 min to get help, u haul workers are not fast to help customers... few vehicles are late Model 1.19 cpm is expensive Happy and see great deal with storage reservation, u haul offer a free van is very Awesome ...

Schedule the reservation at the actual location where the customer placed there reservation and not have the customer driving to multiple locations to find where the customer service rep had booked the auto transport. Very frustrating!

It was probably listed somewhere and I just missed it, but I wasn't aware that my rental already came with a dolly and blankets. I would not have rented additional items had I known, so maybe just clarify with folks that they really need extra over and above what's included. Not that big of a deal though.

We have rented from this location a few times and find it convenient and the people very nice to work with. For this rental it was 10:00 at night and we decided to use the website to make the reservation. The website is definitely NOT as easy to use as it could be. We did get a reservation but navigation was not clear. We will be calling whenever possible.

Tires on driver side were bald. Receiving end told me the trailer should never have been rented out in that condition and that I was very lucky I made the trip from Seattle be to Phoenix with no issues.
