My truck order for a 20 ft. Box truck wasn’t available after I had confirmation it was. They gave me a 15ft one instead with a 8 ft trailer. What a pain In you know what! The trailer didn’t have a jack so you have to load it while your hooked up which blocks the box truck and then you can’t load it. You gotta muscle the trailer off anyways no matter what. They said they would send me corporate number to complain but never did get the text.

Great service! Thanks!

Check in process was a bit chaotic, as it usually seems to be. Always takes much longer than it should. One of the wire connections on my trailer lights was bad and Steve figured out pretty quickly what was going on and replaced the connector which I appreciated.

Closer locations to home.

Everything worked great and had no problems. Dropping off went smoothly too. Definitely rent from uhaul again.

I reserved my trailer from the Federal Way location for a Tuesday pickup. I was ready to load on Monday. Called Sunday and asked if one was available for Monday and they didn't have one. A few hours later they found one and called me that I could pick up the next day. Great service.

It was a great experience. Thank you for attaching the trailer and removing it without even requiring us to back up! so friendly.

The only problem was the truck was only partially cleaned. We had to finish cleaning the windshield before we drove it off. There was no one around, except the very nice lady at the desk to help us. The person that was outside when we first arrived had vanished and no one was around to offer any help when we actually got the truck.

I paid to have one of your technicians help me since this was the first time I have ever place a car on one of your car carriers. The issue is the one of the front tire straps came off while I was driving. The car shifted to the edge of the trailer but did not come off. I was able to reposition the car and everything was fine after that. I don't expect nor want anything. I just wanted to provide feed back and a request to do better next time. I learned somethings that I will be applying in the future; I hope you all will learn from this in the future.

Your "mobile check in" system is a joke! It's supposed to be more convenient for your customers & take less time, but it took FOREVER!! And we had to go inside with a rental agent anyways so why bother?!?!?

The trailer was fine. I was shocked and horrified to find out the employee actually took a pick of both sides of my drivers license. A new Uhaul policy apparently, according to the employee. But I am more pissed to find out it was with the employees PERSONAL cell phone and a UHaul app. instead of a company designed device. In this day and age of personal security, in theory a tech savvy employee now has ALOT of my necessary info on his cell phone to do damage to my personal life. BAD UHAUL BAD! When I tried to call customer service to find out what the hell was going on, I sat on hold for 45 minutes and still did not get through. Whoever thought of this ill-conceived unsafe idea, should be terminated. This thought was NOT with the consumer in mind. Again it was his PERSONAL cell phone. I do not trust this new policy and I certainly do NOT trust UHaul now. You will never convince this way of processing my info (on a personal cell phone) is safe at all. DONE with Uhaul!

Employees were fine. Didn’t really think there was a need to charge me for a second day when I had the truck back before you rented out again. Not a really good company policy to gauge your costumers out of every penny you can.

Check for missing nuts and bolts before releasing a vehicle into service.

First of all they were not helpful at all. I am 70 yrs old and therefore am not real strong. It was also the first time I was driving. I asked about moving the seat up and was told it was easy. I had to get out and use a lot of strength to move it. They never explained one thing about the vehicle. I finally got out again to make sure the back was closed. It wasn't and it took me awhile to figure it out. The vehicle was making weird noises like something was going to break down. Even my passenger commented. The mirrors were not easy to adjust as they would go in slots instead of being able to lift up.

General u-haul comment: 1-we have gone from WI to WA and WA to WI and it never takes 7 days. I think you need to rethink the 7 day rule. The first time we returned it at 3 days and this time we returned it at 6 days-it was cheaper to rent on a thursday instead of a saturday. The rates are too high! Especially in Washington. Prices from WI to WA were at least 200.00 cheaper.

Have more gas in the tank than 1/4! Highly inconvenient when you are moving and need to get on the road. Sales clerks not friendly

He could have offered to call customer service regarding the issues that I felt with during a 2000 mile drive.
