2nd time I have rented a 12' trailer in three four months. Both times went off flawlessly. This time, Jackie helped me diagnose a blown fuse and replaced it for me, hooked everything up and away I went. Great service, nice people, recommended.

Properly clean trucks out before renting them. Don't call a United Van lines Driver the next day and threaten to report the truck stolen. Because we needed an extra day for shuttle service. Because our big rig can not fit in where smaller trucks go. This location was extremely unprofessional to a professional user of their equipment. Would never recommend this location or return to this location for further rentals

I'm not satisfied at all. To start I made the reservation on line. I specifically chose the North Auburn location. My reservation was sent to South Auburn due to North was out of 10' trucks (so the woman said at South). Online should have a dialogue box appearing informing the customer of the location change. The employees were unprofessional at the South Auburn location. They were playing around like teenagers the entire time. There were drinks and chips on the counter that had to be moved to get to the middle working terminal. We were treated like we were a bother. They sent my fiance out in the dark to find the Uhaul truck. There were 2 young men and 1 young woman working that night. The woman was getting our information into the computer. But one of the men could've easily gone and brought the truck up while we signed paperwork. Then we were sent out alone to document anything damage on the truck. We weren't given any directions on how to fill out the papers. I felt that the employees didn't want to go into the dark rainy night to help us. Overall I would never recommend the South Auburn location. On the other hand, I will recommend the North Auburn location. The employees are excellent and have pride in their work environment. They treat customers like friends. It's always been a pleasure doing business with them.

I am really irritated because when I went in to rent the truck, the woman at the counter told me the tank was at 3/4 full and had me sign for that. Usually when I rent a U-Haul, someone does a "walk-through" with the truck and these things are verified. When I went out to the truck, the tank was halfway between 5/8 and 3/4. I was annoyed, but I figured that was a sufficient amount to be considered 3/4 full. When I gassed up the truck (less than a mile from the U-Haul return), I followed their gas fill-up "suggestion" on the rental agreement... adding enough gallons to get it all the way to 3/4. When I turned on the truck, I saw the needle again went up just in between 5/8 and 3/4... and I thought "Ok, well I guess that is good enough for this place." When I returned the truck, the man that did the check-in looked at everything and then handed me a receipt with a friendly goodbye. There was no mention of additional charges. When I examined the receipt more closely, I could see I was charged for fueling up an addition 1/16 of a tank (to get it to 3/4). Are you kidding me? Thank you lazy U-Haul staff for your mistake that cost me $7.23. Additionally, I was charged 5 bucks for furniture pads that I DID NOT request. I just double-checked my reservation, and confirmed. No furniture pads wanted. Needless to say, I will not be returning there... and I will be warning others who may require moving services.

We did not make reservations and still were very well accommodated!! I would recommend this location to everyone. Also had a worker singing at the counter and had a very upbeat motivated experience.....even know we were moving. Thanks!!

The U-Haul from Auburn Washington was dirty on the out and a bit dirty on the inside. The young woman at Auburn was delightful and helpful, Give her a raise.

Wash the vehicle before the next rental. Use a commercial truck wash if necessary. Clean the windows too. Throw out the used coffee cups while cleaning the interior. Clean the interior. A vehicle with 113K + miles should be retired.

We have rented from this location every time we need a moving vehicle, I thought it ridiculous that the person renting felt it necessary to do a verification on my husband...a big insult

When I called to make a reservation I dialed the number for the location nearest me. What I didn't realize is that I was talking to a call center. So when I got the confirmation call I didn't pay attention to where the reservation was. When I went to get my trailer it wasn't where I called to. The operator needs to make sure that they tell the customer where the reservation is before they get off the phone.

When the rental was set up on the phone they said I could pick the trailer up anytime on the rental day. I showed up at noon and they said that the trailer wouldn't be ready until 1:30 and I would have to come back. Trailer already wasn't at my preferred location so had to drive an hour out of the way both times because they didn't have the equipment I needed. No apology or offer to discount.

Rented the vehicle to move a sectional couch. Went and picked up the. Ouch ant took it to my house. Unloaded the couch and then went to start the vehicle, dead battery. Waited over an hour for the mechanic to come and replace the bad battery. Was told to let the staff at the office know about the issue and I would be comped for the inconvenience. When I told the staff I was then told "I'll let my manager know and they will take care of it." Never heard back from anyone and was charged the full amount. 1/10 for maintaining your vehicles. 0/10 for poor customer service. Next time I'll find another company to rent from.

I called to let the office know that I would be returning late and since my time due back was originally 7:00pm, they mentioned that I would be doing a night drop and insisted that I do the self check-in online. She did not mention that I would be charged extra and since I knew they'd be closed anyways and we've rented before and returned afterhours, I didn't think that I would get charged for another whole day because it was and hour and a half late. I know in the past, when doing the night drop, they didn't charge for it being late since they did not know what time it was returned so maybe me doing as told to do the check in caused me to be charged. I don't think that this charge is correct and it was not mentioned to me during my call so I would like someone to contact me in regards to this.

Christopher was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very good at what he does. It was very busy and he was great at multitasking, making sure everyone was accommodated. He greeted me when I returned with the rental and was patient as it was right at closing time, still busy, and didn't make me feel as if I were an imposition. He was pleasant and seemed to really like his job and helping people.
