Well, where should I start! I first reserved my uhaul to be picked up at a federal way, Washington location at 10am. I showed up and found out it was rented to someone else and I still haven't seen my guarantee reservation reimbursement from that location yet. They gave me 2 options, drive 15 miles out of my way to get what I need or drive 5 miles to get what I need. However the one that was 5 miles away was supposed to show up at 12pm and they said I could have it by 1230pm. Not the case, I didn't get the uhaul I needed til 145pm due to the other customer needing the truck longer! The employees at the auburn Washington location were very nice and helped as much as they could. They even gave me a receipt for my guarantee reservation reimbursement. Since I told them the other location didn't. Overall the vehicle was great, it did what I needed it to do, however I'm not happy with the federal way location for putting me and my help throuth this! We had other plans for the day that either got pushed back or cancelled due to uhaul taking almost 4 hours longer to get me what I had already reserved.

I am very disappointed in the website and how it shows milage costs. We rented three vehicles over 4 days for an in town move. The cost for the Saturday rental was way higher. :(

Those poor bastards, working Sunday morning, were absolutely slammed up the ass with a shit ton of people. We were all piled up full in that tiny lobby, there were no counter clerks for a good 10-15 minutes when I first got there, we were all so confused, and I was running late as fuck!! One guy did finally come in and he looked so overwhelmed, I really did feel bad for the kid. I wonder if it's always like that!

Reserving and picking up the unit was very easy. The staff in the office were all very friendly. My frustration began when I brought the unit back. There was no one outside to direct where to go or what the process was for the return. There was literally so many units waiting to be returned that traffic was lining up on to the main street. It was a very slow process when there is no representative outside helping or directing!

When I entered the U Haul 10 foot box truck, I noticed a little "dirt" on the turn signal lever. I wiped it off and proceeded home to move. Upon arriving at home, I realized there was more "dirt" on the floor and lower portion of the driver seat. I then realized the "dirt" was "fecal matter"...I'm hoping dog. I spent a good 20 minutes cleaning the cab and then wiped out the bay. Not cool. I did not contact the office as it was irrelevant, because I was on a schedule and what could they do, offer me another truck? I will say, the gentleman helping me was super nice and pleasant. I know the poop wasn't intentional, it was just something I didn't need to deal with, especially moving clean items to our new house, in a truck where poop had been in the cab. Good people, good service, poor cleanliness of vehicle. Should have done a more thorough inspection and asked for a dookie free vessel.

The lady who took my phone call was very friendly. She explained the cost and set everything up on the phone. .when my husband went in they did a walk around the truck and wrote down everything. It was fast and efficient. I wish you offered AAEP Discount

The Van only had 4752 miles on it and the alignment was out. The wheel Sat between 10-11 o'clock. Overall good experience otherwise.



The time before last I rented here and was charged an extra day and charge for a hand truck that we did not use. This time I checked to make sure the green tags were on the hand truck and the blankets in the back of the truck no tags I made the young man put tags on so I would not be charged again but this time I was charged for not filling up enough gas which I actually put in extra gas this place is kind of a hassle

First off, when I picked up the truck it was wet with morning dew so I did not see the bed of the truck was filthy with oil and auto engine grease. It made for a unsafe haul. Second, Not have ever done the online rental before I found your app severely lacking specific instructions. I spent more time working the app than I would have standing in line. You better streamline the app before I ever use it again.

What a joke! Don't bother reserving your truck online! I did that, WITH my credit card info saved. (To be charged when truck was returned as normal). I had a different driver pick up the truck, who then charged that driver over the cost of the entire rental saying she "had to". Then I called to sort it out, the woman claimed to have no idea what was going on, put me in hold to "look at something" then all of a sudden another women picked up from customer service on the other side of the country! So after explaining everything a second time, she put on hold to "take a look at something* and hung up on me!! WTF no call back or anything. Then the truck was returned by other driver, with MY card Info to have them reimburse her and charge ME instead. They wouldn't take MY card (which is also the same one on file that made a reservation) and made her pay an additional $50 for some bs reason. They didn't give her the rate I reserved the truck at ($19.99/day) and instead made her pay $79/day for it. I'm so livid. Can't go down there today as I'm heading to work but I'll be swinging in there tomorrow and getting her money back. Not sure what kinda of sleazy coward bullshit scam uhaul us running but it's not worth your money OR your time! Go to budget or call some friends. Fuck these people

Tell customers that you do not replace windshield wipers if that is the case. Just a shrug of the shoulders doesn't give any feedback. Why should I report it? You asked me if it worked ok.
