We have used this U-Haul location in the past. The service was much faster. However, the pick-up truck was filthy! I understand various people rent the truck. I think if u ask those who rent it, to keep it clean or they will be charged AND/OR at the same time have a U-Haul person wipe/sanitize the inside down after each use. P.S. The pick-up did run well. It was the above that was the huge issue. Thank you.

The people were very friendly and helpful. However, when I got the trailer home and the car loaded on it, it was clear that the tire pressure of the trailer was low. I checked the tire pressure and 3 of the tires had roughly 20 psi in them but the right rear tire was flat. I pumped them up to 60 psi but the right rear tire had a hole in it and was very worn. Probably from being towed with a flat tire by the previous renter. I had to call roadside assistance before I even left my house which delayed my trip one day.

This was my first time using Uhaul and nothing was explained to me. If I asked questions the replies were given to me like duh like I should know already. I signed for my card to be charged 67.00 and during drop off I was explaining to the lady that I did not use all the mileage and she said no worries we charged you $85 and we will refund the balance, which is fine but that was never explained to me. I came to rent it for 24 hours because its the same price and the lady told me well it only takes most people 6 hours to move a 2 bedroom so you need to return it before we close!

When I walked in the rep was on the customer side of the counter leaning over the counter with his back to me. He finished up texting before he even turned around or acknowledged I was there. It was quick to get my rental as he just did the contract and pointed where the truck was. I asked about night drop and again point and said the next door down in the slot. There were no furniture pads in my truck and I'm hoping I don't have to pay for any. I shut the truck off locked it up and tossed the key in the slot. I then see you can log your return online. I attempted to, however, can't do that without the key I already dropped.

Explaining details of the contract more accurately. We were quoted $19.95 a day and was not advise that if we go over 100 mIles that the rate would change. This should have been explained to us when we pick up the van. Had we known this we would have done a different option.

The young man that assisted with my reservation at 9am Sunday morning was patient, polite and had great customer service. There was several customers waiting and checking out vehicle with 2 people working at the front desk. He greeted everyone and moved quickly to get everyone through the process.

Initial equipment was illegal - the running lights were not working and were not checked by staff. I requested the check where it was discovered the lights did not work and ended up being provided another trailer. The manager was very nice when going over the sales pitch but when I chose to not purchase additional insurance she became quite cold and when I requested using the restroom was told the floor had just been painted...

I was charged 80 and 50 of it should be returned within 24 hrs after the service. I tried going back to store, and I told them the issue, but the money has not yet credited back.

The staff was nice except for I believe was the manager (blonde). I asked for sugar for my coffee and she snobbish and not very friendly said that uhaul doesn't believe in sugar. I also didn't like the way she spoke to the staff. Very condescending.

The service at this location was very good however making an online reservation and calling the day before I was scheduled to pick up a trailer at the 96th and Pacific location when I arrived they didnt have it available. The gentleman looked around the area to see if they had that same size trailer I reserved and they had nothing but a 5 x 8 available in which I had to drive 30 mins out of my way to go pick it up. When going to the Bonney Lake location when I arrived they did not have any trailers bit a 4 x 8 I was very angry at this point so I called the 1 800 uhaul phone number and after 2 people and 30 mins later being on hold I was finally helped and told there were no 6 x 12 trailers in the area until Friday or I can drive another hour out of my way to Port Townshend. I was scheduled to leave Thursday June 30 and Wed I finally had a trailer located in Auburn by 5pm in which I had to drive another 30 minutes out of my way to go pick it up. Once I arrived they did not have the 6 x 12 so I took the 5 x 8 trailer so I could get packing. After spending 2 hours in traffic and returning to my storage to get my things the trailer was too small so I had to pack.up the back of my vehicle in which I had to make sure I had room for 2 dogs 75 lbs and 40 lbs and a cat carrier I am very unhappy that the trailer size 6 x 12 wasnt available at the location it was confirmed to be at because of the run around I did not get to leave until July 1 which caused my traveling companion to get in to our destination and have to leave quickly. Very disappointing

I called a couple weeks in advance to reserve a 26ft truck at the puyallup location where I live. I was emailed a confirmation number and the truck was suppose to be ready on Saturday morning. In Friday, The day before my move, I received an email and a voicemail saying they had no trucks for me and that they were going to send me to the graham location. So I was a little irritated but graham wasn't too far away so it was ok. Then I get the email giving me my confirmation number for the graham location. 30 min later graham calls saying they also do not have a truck even though they had also promised me a truck and we're going to send me all the way to Tacoma 45 min out of my way. At this point I'm really upset with the lack of knowledge of inventory each store has. Obviously at this point I start to panic because moving day is the next day and no one has a truck even though a reserve one weeks in advance and it'll be impossible to reserve one this close to my moving day. So I agree to the Tacoma location. Of course, right after I receive my third confirmation number, Tacoma calls, they double booked that truck and can't give me it until 230pm. That couldn't work because my entire family was helping me move in the am so they could leave out of town for the 4th weekend. This experience was an absolute nightmare and extremely stressful. After that I was fed up with this company. I call the puyallup location where this whole thing started and demanded them to fix this. They of course apologized and said there's a truck in auburn at 930am if I wanted and would give me a $50 credit... OBVIOUSLY I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE. So again a confirmation number was emailed to me. The rest of the day I was just anxiously waiting for that call saying they didn't have one for me. I'm not sure if this company can explain what "confirmation" and "reserved truck" means but in my eyes that means you did your job and checked inventory, took my card number to hold it and it'll be waiting for me at the place and time! This was an absolute joke and I will probably be using a different moving company from now on was well as my family members after this mess.
