I went there on a Sunday to check in and there was only one person that I saw working and he was overloaded with customers and returns/rentals. The place is clean but it is HUGE and it is nearly impossible to check in and familiarize yourself with the facility by yourself.
Larry C | Online Move InI was very impressed with Tonya , her Pleasant smile She greets you with I instantly knew I was meeting a person I would recommend to talk to about a storage unit. Her professional statue she displayed gets a 10 plus I understood all documents , rules ,dos and don’t etc.she explained . U-Haul has to be proud to have her , she is a perfect example of what a manager of a big corporation should hire. Tonya has so much more to offer and should be moved up so her knowledge , personality, expertise is utilize as an example to all U-Haul employees across the states , I nominate Tonya for employee of the year and if she already got that I nominate her employee of the decade . LARRY B | Overall ExperienceThe lighting in the units is very limited and needs improvements. The large unit I purchased for rent has a large bean in the middle or the long wall preventing me from maximizing my space, these units should be noted and discounted.
