Pick up took a while but it was only because the system was having issues. The staff was extremely apologetic and continually thanked me for my patience (I know some people lack that). Even though I had to wait, the staff members continued to communicate the issues they were having. It was completely out of their hands. Despite the issues with the system it was still a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Big thank you to those two ladies!
