Location added insurance without asking after I had declined insurance when I set everything up online. Dirty vehicle, had to clean all the mirrors and rear camera to see anything. Missing 1 piece of equipment that I paid for, was not given a refund for it and given no receipt.

THOMAS S1 dolly strap was wore out and sketchy. None of the dolly lights worked. Location didn't check or tell me. Found about about it around 1am in the middle of nowhere. Had to buy magnet trailer lights from harbor freight to finish my cross country trip.
MATTHEW ZStop charging so much for gas and I only used truck for 4-5 hours but charged me same rate for 24 hrs is crazy!
