I would’ve preferred an actual person to do the intake. This took much more time that it would’ve if I had dropped it off with an attendant and after the much inconveniences I had already experienced this just made matters worse. Again, the next time I move I will be looking for a different company that actually cares about the customer service and experience

The 2 movers were fast and friendly. It was a pleasant experience. The only frustrating thing was they arrived well outside the time frame window and didn’t communicate the delay to us very well. They called us once and we called them once.
