Joeshonda WCustomer service rep was unhelpful and unaware of what they were doing. The kept the door locked the whole time leading me to think the place was closed when hours of operation said it was open. The vehicle interior was dirty. Mileage was 1k miles off that had to be adjusted. It took me 40 minutes to get the truck alone. 1/10 service
