My original rental location was very close to my house and the day before the rental, the pick up location was changed. While this was not a big inconvenience, this changed both the pick up time and equipment that I had reserved and confirmed.

Ravi TPerhaps not the location’s fault, but the app has never worked for me, and once again, needed to call in and they had to reset and reboot and it took forever to get my truck. There was no one onsite, and they stated their hours they would be open at 8 and no one was there to help. Plus the location of the lock box was completely on the other side of the building so there was a lot of walking back and forth I also ordered 12 pads, and they were not in the truck.
