Overall very good experience. From booking, to picking up to dropping off. My only negative feedback is about the truck interior in the driver/passenger cabin and it not being clean. Lots of crumbs and felt like it wasn't wiped down.

MARK WThe U-Haul truck should have a gas cap on the place where you fill the gas tank instead of a plastic bag stuffed in the pipe. also the door on the passenger side needs to be fixed as it is bent out of shape and needs to be slammed hard to shut it all the way. Also the worker there Has a very hard time as there is so much for him to do. He is just swamped trying to take care of everything. They need at least two to three people working there.
