The lockbox was located on the far side of the building from where the truck was parked. It would be helpful to give the customer specific details for where to obtain the key and where to look for the assigned truck.
Richard PMy original rental location was very close to my house and the day before the rental, the pick up location was changed. While this was not a big inconvenience, this changed both the pick up time and equipment that I had reserved and confirmed.
