THE TRUCK WAS IN SUCH BAD SHAPE, THAT I RETURNED IT BEFORE ITS TIME. I SENT EMAILS AND I MADE CALLS TO THIS PLACE BUT NO ONE ANSWER ME BACK. I CALLED YOU AND SAID WHAT HAPPENED AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THEM, BUT IM BEING CHARGED ALL THE 3 ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED DAYS ORDER 374145420

Provide Better Signage, I wasn't aware there was a Uhaul there. Fast and Friendly service, It was very good experience!!
BILL IThe truck was covered in snow, the pickup location didn't explain anything about how the rental would work nor how to operate the truck, and there was no windshield fluid in the truck (needed on this very messy weather day!) plus we were locked out in the cold outside the back door and had to walk around to our own vehicle to get warm again first.
David CDuring the car pickup, it took me around 40 minutes to de-ice the front windshield. It would have been better if the car had been delivered clean, so that time wasn't wasted.
Gholamreza PLocation changed and it was extremely difficult to find. The person working there was very nice, or not it was very difficult. There were no materials to clean off the snow (which can be very dangerous) as well it only had 25% gas left ...
