During this fiasco the man behind the counter was very helpful and I could tell he felt very bad about the situation. I would drop off another UHAUL there just to say hello to him.

When I reserved the uhaul online I declined insurance on it but once I picked up the uhaul protection was still added onto my bill. I would appreciate it if information put on my reservation was honored instead of having to go through the questionnaire at again at pickup causing confusing or making unwanted changes to my existing reservation.
