It’s a pain to return and check out a rental. I have to do all the work of the uhaul clerk. I don’t want to download an app and upload my documents when your clerk can do that. Too annoying to rent. Will not come back. Bad customer service.

Mahesh PWell originally we drove the truck to a different location because that's the one that was assigned to us. Despite advertising 24/7 service, the location was closed and locked up. We had to call customer support who told us to go to a completely different location on the other side of town. I bet we're still going to get charged for those miles even though it wasn't our fault. I am extremely disappointed in UHAUL's services and I doubt I will ever rent a truck from y'all again.
