The guys at the Valero let me know where to park the truck and where to drop off the key. They said anything else call Uhaul. They are not invested in the process. They are working the store. The parking area is off site and not appropriate for a 26 foot truck. The entrance is low and you have to drive over a sidewalk. This causes the vehicle to become hi centered in the middle. Frame scrapping the side walk. My recommendation to a friend would be go to an actual Uhaul facility. Customer support on the phone was fantastic !!! I called several times and the agents were ready to help and cheerful.

Kevin MIf you do a remote pickup location, you cannot return it to a remote location. Why no loading lights in the truck?
