only frustration was the location was moved from a place close to my house to closer to downtown Austin, which meant more traffic/time to pick it up

The office of Citywide Apartment Locators was closed, and no one was available to assist with where to park the vehicle. The parking lot is tiny, and one of the two designated parking spaces was taken by the beauty shop owner next door. The shop owner instructed me to park on the street. The U-Haul app was very difficult to use as the return pictures were continuously rejected, but none of the instructions provided assisted in resolving the issue. The app eventually restarted and said the return was completed without all the pictures being approved first.
