This location was not easily accessible or easy to get in and out of. The employee was very nice. Although the equipment looked fine, we did have a blowout 5 hours down the road

U-Haul needs more available hand dollies for boxes. Appliance dollies don’t work for boxes.
Michael PKeys were not left in the lockbox for me. Still got charged for the rental and support is taking a long time to reach out to resolve this.
Alex DAre reservation was for 2 o’clock. We didn’t get the truck until 3 because of the business owner. No reimbursement or extra time was given. Very disappointed
