ulysses aThe absolute worst service experience ever. I've used Uhaul several times, this was so unorganized and they charged me for things I did not ask for. U Haul's customer service also did not call me back and ended up charging my card anyways. There was no customer service existent in this whole transaction. I've used Uhaul several times just fine and this was just awful all around.
