Steven BVan was dirt on pick up. Location disposed of my property without notifying me to pick up. Uhaul states it has a 72hr window but my items were discarded in less than 48 hrs. Uhaul denied this and officially stated the van was empty on arrival. It was not until another employee sent me pictures of the email thread where uhaul directed the items to be discarded.
RICHARD TA quick wipe down of the inside of the truck. You could tell the previous renter had a dog due to the white hair and saliva stains on the windows and seats.
Crystal THonestly, this was one of the most painless U-Haul rentals I've ever had. The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which was a refreshing change of pace. Everything went smoothly, no surprises, no headaches, and I was in and out without needing an aspirin. I'd happily rent from this location again.
