Staff was very helpful with decision on the type of trailer and with adjusting schedule as my scheduled changed frequently. Staff was friendly and courteous and took time with directing and assisting with the attaching of the trailer to the truck.

My only complaint is that I was charged an extra day's worth of rental since we turned them in at 7pm yesterday. I was left with the impression that as long as it was there before Monday morning that I would only be charged for the two days. This added up since I rented two trailers. It will make me think twice before renting a U-haul again.

FREDERICK GI picked the truck up on a Saturday which their hours of operations was 8-11. I was there 20 minutes early they checked me in and I was out the door well before 8. Excellent customer service.
MARK SMy drop off didn’t require personal help but I do want to thank the service rep I talked to early In the morning. Who ever that employee was and the level of customer service they provided me - find them and promote them! Coming from a fellow ops manager.
