I received the truck and noted the fuel level at the time of pickup. When I returned it, I refilled the tank to the same level, yet I was still charged for additional fuel on the receipt. I have a receipt showing that I put in 3.82 gallons at a cost of $13.75. I only drove the truck 31 miles, mostly highway driving. Being charged for an additional 3 gallons suggests the truck would have consumed nearly 7 gallons for just 31 miles, which is highly unrealistic for the smallest size truck. This indicates that either the fuel level was not recorded accurately at pickup/return, or the vehicle has unusually poor fuel efficiency—making it unsuitable for rental. For reference, I only transported a bed frame and a dressing table, so the load was very light.

AMALIA QI recommend not reserving online and visit the store. Truck I rented was full of empty boxes. I reserved a dolly and it was not on the truck. Owner was notified about dolly and told me i would be reimbursed for not receiving a dolly, still havent been reimbursed. When I called and asked about it owner hung up on me twice. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. Horrible customer service and no communication skills!
