They were very kind and made picking up and dropping off easy. The only reason for the 4 star was that the AC stopped working towards the end of my time. However when I put Gas in before drop off it started functioning again. I don’t understand. Overall quick and easy

Robert CIt should not take 30 minutes from time of reservation to be able to get into a truck that you reserved for a specific time. With this lengthy process; it causes people to have to rush and that is not okay
