We showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment to pick up trailer. The owner of the tire shop was not on location they had to call her nobody could assist. They are very rude and helped four to five more customers before they assisted us and we were there before them. If you're there to get tires fixed they will help you but if you're there for U-Haul they don't want nothing to do with you. The owner is very very rude
