Make sure inside of cab is clean before renting it and verify how much gas is in U-Haul before customer gets it I’m still waiting on a call from the regional director or manger on my experience with this company

Sarah TPicking up the uhaul was the worst experience ever. The U-Haul was disgusting with soda spilled in the seats that I had to clean myself. They told me it contained a full tank of gasoline and it has less than a quarter so I spent $100 on gas. And the most annoying part was when I got there they decided THEN to sweep the back of the truck. So I stood there in the rain while they started sweeping the truck. Also I reserved my U-Haul a week in advance and they didn't have the dolly I reserved. Then they called all locations in the area and nobody had one. Why let someone reserve a dolly if you don't have it?
