great service they always have the trailer or dolly i need at the location and always help hook up and check lights and safety chains. easy access to trailers to hook up and drop off
Bruce CMileage was mis-stated at first but when I called the lady back, she corrected it.So for that I am thankful.
Michelle F`i use red's tire shop in bacliff for my tires and emission inspection. i did not know that they were a haul rental store.my son went to a different u haul store who was supposed to have the car tow dolly but they did not have it. i went online after calling reds to verify the dolly.it was easy to fill out the form and my u haul dolly was ready for me when i arrived.reds had 3 dollys. my son had a bad fuse so right blinker did not work. we had to get lights working before we could take dolly.this is good because you cant see the truck's tail lights when towing a car.the dolly was top notch and we had no problems securing the car to dolly.even comes with safety chain's for the car on the dolly.5 stars to reds and u haul. i saved $150 by towing my car myself to the dealer.i purchased road hazard so if ever i need to tow my car my ins will pay for it
