We could book this particular trailer to be available in Stratford. We got a phone call to be redirected for pick up in Baden. The trailer had the 4 pin flat connector, for which we need an adapter. The lady at the counter offered us to sell an adapter for $ 30. That is more than the trailer rental! I think you should have some adapters available to use, maybe with a safety deposit. Especially since you ask very specific about make and model of the towing vehicle, . That would be customer friendly and very easy to do!
HOLGER DI have the app and use U-Haul very often but had to discuss with the rep on the phone to update more information, you allow self pickup and drop off but when you get a customer on the phone you make them feel like criminals
