Bailey is A+ You need to fire the scheduler Tiffany from Uhaul she was dreadful rude- screamed at both myself and husband- we booked a 20 foot truck 2+ weeks in advance and never got it for us-caused us a 2 1/2 delay in moving to have to drive all the way to Bailey to get a truck and we still need 2 more trucks 20 foot for our move we live in Fairplay - you need to fire her!!! We are 64 years old and she put us thru hell! You need to have a 20 foot truck her in Fairplay for us to move- now for December 26 and January 17
WILLIAM FI drove off, thinking I knew how all the features worked, but down the road an idiot was signaling and slowing down for a turn where there was no road. I wanted to activate the Emergency Flashers to alert the guy behind me who was a little close...and then I realized I didn't know where the button for the Emergency Flashers was! It would be good if they had a handout that showed the button for the flashers, how to dim/adjust the interior lights in the cab. This was not the fault of the people at the pickup location, but I think it's something that U-Haul ought to do for its customers. The trip went great and the truck performed great, and the rental people were VERY nice!!
