Was rented a trailer with badly worn tires, one of which blew out half way through our move. Then, we were made to pay a late fee TRIPLE what was quoted when we returned it before our 6-day rental term expired. Done with uHaul. Will use different company next time.

Interior of truck wasn't spotless, but was fine for me. I was just worried if I was responsible for cleaning it before dropping off. Very helpful staff. My biggest issue was making a reservation to pick up in Evergreen and notified fairly last minute I had to go to Bailey.

I made my U-Haul Van reservation a week prior to the rental . The van was not warmed up and had snow on the windshield which I had to wait for the employee to remove the snow and warm the vehicle up also was not instructed how to do an after-hours drop-off. I also asked what time the facility closed and they said 6 I showed up at 5:30 and they were closed, so I had to improvise on the after-hours drop-off and figure it out without any instruction period also was overcharged mileage by 80 miles or a little more and called the following morning after I dropped off the van in regards to being overcharged and the lady was no help just told me to email U-Haul directly. Will not recommend this company to any of my friends or family

educate the staff on how to check out a customer. This was the worst. lady did not know how to check out. Tried getting help from another associate who was helping customers and could not assist much.

Drop off location should be provided when booking rental. Day after rental told drop off would be over 2 hrs away. I had to make several calls to get a closer location. Should know upfront.

Don't make customers freak out by informing them that they have to go long distances to get equipment. Thankfully I did not have to and all went well.

Took 6 attempts to get my information into the system to permit me to hook up and leave. When I got to my destination and went to return the trailer, they had an incorrect return location listed (not what was listed on my contract) and I was told I'd be charged $88+ for a wrong location return. I said that I would absolutely refuse payment. The guy was able to reverse that charge - Last trip I made (of 4 using your trailers) I was charged a full day late for being less than 30 minutes past my return time. I've spent thousands using your trailers within the past 6 months and expect better treatment. I'd use some other agency if there was one available.....

The equipment was clean, however the dashboard lights did not work at night. There was something funky with the lights. When I parked they worked, but I had to drive with the dome light on to see the dash.

They're key drop is in a bad location. It's totally dark. I couldn't have found it without a flashlight.

The location was 50 miles away from the location I signed up for to drop off. So having to drive over an hour in each direction to drop off (this was after driving across country, 30 hours with the trailer) was very inconvenient. Other than that, great experience. You all need a drop off point somewhere in Summit County CO!

Can't say anything bad about the ace pickup location.....however I will never rent a UHaul again. So many lies by different agents of UHaul lead to a REALLY HORRIBLE moving experience. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about being lied to about equipment and overcharged. Next simply blown off, then lied to AGAIN, when I tried to bring these items to the attention of the mangeroad at UHaul.

Fix the tongue of the trailer I rented. It did not tighten securely enough on the ball and bounced noisily the entire time it was attached to my vehicle making for a terrible headache.

Ok, I recently reviewed as above average, I now take that back. I reserved a van, when I arrived there they had rented to another person thinking it was me. I took a truck instead. Seemed to work out, they gave me a discount. I just got an email stating I owe additional $97 and $111; seems as though the person who took my van earlier got a free ride because they charged me. Now I have to figure out what to do. Done and done. F orget it, don't do business with them.

I gave them above average because they rectified a problem with the vehicle I contracted for; unfortunately it wasn't available; however, they were very accommodating and gave me a discount on the truck (instead of a van) that I eventually rented.
