I had the most outrageous experience of my life. The old lady employee (the oldest one there) was horribly rude and belligerent. She said she would not help me to get the car on the dolly, that they did not do that, that I should go get a "mechanic!", that they had no obligation to help me even though I rented it from Uhaul, and that "she was 'out of here!!'. and stomped off. The rudest person I ever met. She was fighting with me and was as hateful as she could be. I will never rent from UHAUL again!!!!!!!!! There is no excuse for that. Someone would get killed and I hooked it on wrong all by myself. Someone else helped me and kept someone from getting killed with my car falling off. You should remove this location from your network and that awful mean evil woman should be fired.

I moved items from a storage in Grand Lake to a storage in Alma and they required me to drop off the truck in Bailey, but did not give me the extra miles to do so. Instead they charged me for the miles... LAME!!!

A horrible experience!!! The truck was not available for pick up the night I went to pick it up. I had to come back the next morning when the store was open and it took nearly two hours to get the Uhaul system to work well enought to allow me to drive away in the truck, EVEN though I had pre-registered online. I do not blame the location merchant, but rather UHaul's very poor online system. I was supposed to be guaranteed that my truck would be ready for pickup at the set time. I had to pay my helpers an extra $200 more for having to be there to help me load up when there was no truck there to load. BAD!!!

Bait and switch. Complete garbage. Promised a unit, which turned out to be unavailable, offered another for the same price (at a store 25 miles farther away), which was extremely inconvenient (15' van with a 12' trailer) given that I needed a 20' unit. The trailer made things difficult. The worst part, though, was that I was charged full price. Garbage. I won't rent from U-Haul again (although I promise to call every time I do rent from elsewhere so you know).

We had booked an after hours rental. The Uhaul ap said the truck was parked outside the fence. It was not. We called Uhaul customer service, waited about 10 min., explained the problem to a representative, she "put us on hold," which just send us back to the queue, waited another 10 minutes, had Mary, who worked with us for about 15 minutes and the best she could do was come back tomorrow. So we wasted 1.5 hours driving to the place and sitting there, then had to drive back the next day. The shop owner had "no idea" that trucks could be picked up after hours. Then he could not print the contract, so my husband stood there for - literally 1.5 hours. This was a colossal waste of our time.

Instruct those connecting trailers that crossing chains is a must so it cradles the trailer if it comes off the hitch

I was charged $7.35 for turning the trailer in at the wrong destination, but this was the destination that I told them I would take it to in Colorado. I even looked up the address and gave it to the clerk at East Ridge hardware. So I should not have been charged an additional $7.00. I feel that should be credited back to me. It was the originating dealers mistake!

The contract was cancelled because they couldn't give me the rate agreed upon online. I had to wait at the store almost 90 minutes before I cancelled the contract. I just receive a charge on my credit card. I have now been on hold for 15 minutes trying to resolve this.

Inside of cab was not clean. Sugary drink of some sort, I assume, was splashed on dash and seat from previous renter. Otherwise everything was ok.

We had to try 3 different U-Haul trailers until we got one that did not have any problems. This was not the locations fault it was the U-Haul service persons fault. Everyone at the location was wonderful!!!
