I rent trailers all the time while vacationing in Alabama, GA and Florida for months at a time. U-Haul consistently overcharges on almost all rentals for extra days and includes charges for insurance even when we decline. It takes a lot of extra time to have to call back and get a refund on the overcharges. The representatives have been courteous however they blame the mistakes on the U-Haul computer system. I have lodged complaints several times through this system with no response. Willing to pay the advertised price but unwilling to endure overcharges that are unfair.
