1st @ pick up time the system was down and took forever to get on my way. 2nd the fucking truck was dirty and the cab smelled like shit, i had to completely disinfect it. 3rd and final, when returning the truck the next day the system was down again, had at least 4 customers inside the small office no social distancing & took forever to complete return...NEVER AGAIN !!!

I had called ahead of time and made a reservation and got there on time to find out there were no trucks available for me. I ended up having to use something else that didnt fit my needs. The van was totally filthy and disgusting, coronavirus germs everywhere. I complained to the lady inside and she apologised saying the maintenance guy was supposed to clean it this morning, causing her to clean it herself with several other customers waiting. If I had more time to do my research for other companies, another company would have got my business and my money. You guys have really gone downhill over the years.

Clean the vehicles... there was chunks of food on the dash, it smells like smoke and was completely on E.
The manager was very rude tried to charge me for two days stated that I locked the keys in the truck which was a lie very bad agent will never go back to arm Bakersville

The truck was clean but definitely could have been better. Over all great experience. The App pick up and drop off was a seamless process.
The worker here didn't know anything about the details of renting out a U-Haul truck, and could not provide any answers to our questions. We asked about the details of the insurance and what is covers, and she didn't know or care to find out. The location was dirty and run down, like out of a dystopian sci-fi movie. I couldn't get out of there fast enough once the paperwork was finalised. I will only ever rent from U-Haul locations in the future, not any third party locations. You should strongly reconsider your partnership with this location.
The truck was absolutely filthy and was missing the radio antenna which made a 10 hour road trip even more miserable. I filled out information online before pick up to hopefully cut down check out time in half as advertised on your website. Although having done this it still took 30 minutes to check out. Staff was rude and left us there at the front counter before answering all of our questions and helping us with some issues. I have used uhaul many times all over the country and this has got to be one of the worst location's.

Fix your app. I had to wait for over an hr past my reservation time because the app wouldn't recognize my face. We tried logging in through the website and the same problem. There needs to be a second option for U-Haul employee to fix this situation when your technology fails. Was very disappointed in the lack of customer service help I could get over the phone.
When I got the vehicle home to pack, we discovered a pad lock on the back. We had to go and buy a $34 bolt cutter so we could access the back. This sort of stuff needs to be checked prior releasing a truck. It was very annoying.
The truck wasn't as clean as I expected. There was some liquid spilled on the floor of the cab (looked like soda). There was also ashes in the door compartment. Cup holders had toothpick and other debris.
The gentleman that checked us in and out was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and quick. Location was incredibly convenient.

The person at this location was excellent but the exterior of the truck was very dirty, including the windshield. The inside of the windshield was also dirty.
The interior was dirty. I asked the woman if she could clean the cup holders that had something spilled. ? This should have been cleaned before it was rented. I made reservations online for Brimhall and a River road location. I went to change the drop off from River Road (OR) to Silverton and when I went to edit this, it changed the location to this from Brimhall. I had reserved for 10:00 AM and went to pick up the 15' at 10:35 at Brimhall and when they didn't have it, they found the location at Truxton ave. We flew from Oregon to California and we were told that it was going to be canceled and given to someone else. 18 people waiting! I asked if they had my cell # and was told yes. You don't call as a courtesy? No. We would have lost this truck if the Brimhall location wouldn't have told the Truxton location to hold it for us! I paid for insurance for four days and I said that I would be returning it the next day. I paid for two extra days that I did not use and Uhaul can rent this truck again. That's not good business! I should at least only have to pay for what I used. I have used Uhaul a few times recently and I have to say that I might take my business somewhere else next time. The pro: New truck and drove well! The con: Need to update the website to edit pickup and drop off locations. You should contact the people that make the reservations! That is very poor! We had one-way tickets and would have lost this truck if it wasn't for the Brima hall location (The location we had originally had selected!)
truck operation was great ,worked well. during my use the blind spot mirror fell off of the truck. I paid for insurance prior so i was covered. the staff at this location was very friendly and helpful .
