Truck was dropped off and instructions were to call a number when dropping off the uhaul. The number was called and no answer. Thank goodness we finally saw the door slot and dropped the keys.

Rebeca LThe truck that was rented still had trash in it when picked up and the gas tank was below empty. The owner(?) had told me that I “needed to get gas like now” and the mileage when picked up was 34091 Their system was down so they just gave me the keys and said they’d email me when it was back up. On the report that was finally given to me they put that there was 1/8th of a tank which definitely wasn’t true and they put the mileage at 39050. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place. It was a small little tire shop that didn’t even look like it knew I was there to get a uhaul.
