Service was very good. If I need a U Haul truck, I would go back to Brimhall Storage to get it. I was very pleased with their outstanding service.

Not only was the truck disgustingly filthy but the staff was rude, argumentative and unprofessional.
JASON EAbsolutely terrible customer service and communication. I am surprised the people who work here still have jobs. I will never return to this U-Haul and do not recommend it to anyone. Even if another one is farther away and will cost me more money in miles I will go there next time. Truck was fine. Everything else was awful. Again I strongly recommend going to another U-Haul location or finding another truck rental all together.
Debra SI wish all of these trucks started off full of fuel. It would make things easier on the customer when it comes to getting the fuel back to the proper level.
