I had reserved for pick up at 730am. Was not able to retrieve the truck till 830. Waited 1 hr in line

I indicated the location for drop off in San Diego. The employee did not specify location on the contract if that was necessary. When I got to the drop of location they refused to take my truck. I was obliged to go to another location that was out of the way.

As I have indicated above, all went well. My only negative comment would be that I was shown at checkout that vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas. After starting the vehicle I noticed the fuel was at 1/8. The good thing is that, upon providing proof, your representative signed off the correct fuel level. The bad part is that I learned to provide proof after having a NEGATIVE experience on my last rental. Just sayin’... it would be nice if guys would quit trying to make extra $ off of people that trust you to record the correct fuel level

I dropped the uhaul off a day early!! The woman came out and said is this a return and we said yes. She stated ok than your all done just leave the keys inside the driver door!! And come to find out on that stupid app for U-Haul it stated you must return the truck, I had to call uhaul and sit on the phone for 30 minuets to find out drop off location never received the tuck in so they can finish as close my contract!! U-Haul had to call the location to get it finished!! Take pictures of your mileage and your gas gauge always!!! That proved we returned the truck a day early as well as our receipt for the fuel!!! Good luck!! My experience was not the best!!!

We had to sign saying the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas and we got a block away and the gas gauge never moved off empty so we put gas in being worried we were going to run out before we got home. We left the truck we'll over a 1/4 tank of gas, we call the 800 # talked to Yvette she told us to let them know when we turned it in. When we did I ask if we could get some sort of discount and all the guy said was I don't know It depends on what the computer says. Needless to say nothing happen we were very disappointed on how this incident was handled

Hire people that have brains that work and are professional. I waited 40 minutes outside in 100 degrees for someone to attach the trailer. Your equipment sucks. One set of electrical that needed to be fixed to make the lights work. Because my husband didn't have a phone along, my phone would not suffice and I had to call family and friends to get a second phone number. This place is tucked up. Will never return. Horrible experience!

They said i could pick it up at 8am and didnt get it till 3:45pm and the wireing was messed up and had to buy one to replace the bad wires

It took over an hour just to rent a little 4x8 trailer, and cost almost 500.00 just because we were leaving California! Ridiculous! Other states rent the same for less than half the price.... no wonder everyone is leaving here!

I rent Uhaul equipment often at this site and I always receive excellent service. I got excellent service this time too with one exception. It wasn't until I had loaded the trailer (in 105 degree heat) and was already in transit that I realized there was a Red Tag on the trailer hitch saying the trailer was Not Ready for Customer Use. The Uhaul agent hitched the trailer to my car working around the tag and made no comment about the tag. Nor did he remove it. So I was very concerned about the safety and integrity of the trailer as I continued down the road. Happy to say I had no problem with the trailer but it was cause for worry throughout the trip.

the person told me i had reserved the truck for 24 hours but when I came they said it was for only twelve which caused me to lose half a day because i havd to move the rest of my things with my personal vehical and there is limited space with parking they put trucks all over the parking lot and the back area where the storages are has empliyee cars parked by the gate when entering the gate you can barely turn the corner with the dig u haul i was very disatisfied with this place
