First, I went online and reserved a truck, a utility dolly, and appliance dolly, a furniture dolly and furniture pads believing that by "reserving" those items they would be available the day that I was to move. When I arrived, I was told that there were no furniture dollies or appliance dollies available. I was told that the website doesn't check the store inventory when reservations are made. While I was given a modest discount ($10) The inconvenience of having to seek out those items on the morning of my scheduled move, minutes before people would begin to arrive to help moving larger items, was an unnecessary stressor and I would have gladly paid and extra $10 to have the items that I had reserved in that moment. The truck itself was not in good condition. There were several occasions that morning when it would not start on the first try. There was so much damage to the exterior that it took about 15-20 minutes to note them all on the contract. The passenger side mirror was cracked, which is potentially a safety hazard. What can you do to improve for the next customer? 1) Find a way to link up the reservation component of the website with store inventory, so the items the customer reserves are actually available when he needs them. It can be done, many companies do this, so if you want my business in the future, you will make this simple change. 2) Retire the trucks that have outlived their usefulness. Fortunately, I was making a short move within the city where I live. No one should be stranded mid-move due to the age of the moving truck. It's also embarrassing driving a truck that has damage on all sides, top to bottom, front to back. If I ever decided to rent from you again, and I see a truck like the one that was given me this time, I'll simply walk away and find another rental business that takes pride in their product. Hopefully this imput is helpful to you. If not, there are many other available rental companies to chose from, and that is what I'll do next time.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee because I spilled half a cup of water.... WATER inside the loading area. Huge rip off.

The check out process was awful. 2 people working... each one had to do the paperwork and then going outside to go over the trucks with the customers. I was 8th in line and it took me 53 minutes.

My experience went very well. I was able to purchase the items I needed and rent the trailer I needed. The location I went to did not have an available appliance dolly. Your staff located one at another location close by. I paid a minimal cost to drop off the dolly at the first location. Avoiding have to make two stops when returning your equipment. A one way designation was recommended. I only received a conformation email ( receipt ) for the trailer. I did not receive one for the appliance dolly. I'm concerned that it was missed during check in. A driver of a newly rented trailer almost hit a parked car in the parking lot at that time and the tech may have not completely entered the report. We were both distracted by the inexperienced driver. I do not want to be charged for the cost of the appliance dolly. Over all everything else went like clock work. Thank you

The customer service is excellent. I have rented 3 times over theist year or so and everyone that I have worked with has been great! The vehicles are in top shape. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!

The only thing I did not like was when I returned the truck they ran my card again and so I have two uhaul amounts pending . If I needed that money it would of been a big problem . Other than that everything was great

The tow dolly needed the belts that are used to tie the car to it replaced. I made the reservarion online and i had submitted all my information. I was asked for all the information again to be added to the computer. I had reserved an furniture dolly and they have none available. After getting the tow dolly hooked, i have to go back inside the store to get more paperwork.

With the digital information regarding the gas level being available, could the customer be told instead of 3/8 or 1/4 full at time of pick up, be told "it currently has 139 miles to go before empty" as it says on the dash of certain vehicles, it would be much more accurate to return at this level.
