I made a reservation to drop it off close to my house, and when I went to pick it up they changed the address without asking me, to top it off someone changed it again without asking me further than the original address.

The gas was less than half full which i never had but i called and they didn't charge me for it. Great customer service!!

Matthew FTruck was damaged. Fuel tank was totally empty and had a hole in it. No help offered to get some gas and get on our way. It was a Saturday and we were told “No one will come.” Day before our pickup, we were incorrectly given the key code. U-Haul later called and removed our ability to pick up the truck after hours. Between these two things, we were delayed 3.5 hours. I had hired moving help that I had to pay additional for due to the delayed start. Avoid this location if at all possible.
