They lost keys. The van was on empty. The van was so dirty you couldn’t see out of the windows. The staff failed to exit out my account when I returned the van, took them two hours.

He did not allow enough miles to reach my location from Bakersfield to Oceano. I was charged $21.00 dollars for miles. Not acceptable
ALAN SThe truck was really old and that back was not cleaned out. It drove extremely rough and there was barely gas in it. I was not happy at all with the fact that we get no free miles anymore though if that is now universal, it had nothing to do with this location. The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and explained everything well. I returned the truck but the place was closed, I put the key in the drop box.
Jammie TWhen I picked the truck up it did not have the correct gas so I called one of the workers out so I can show her that there was less then 1\4 so she toke a picture and said I would get credit when I return the truck.When I returned the truck the young lady had left for the day.Wow
Cristal NUhaul requires customers to upload a picture of their license instead of an employee being able to manually input the info. Some customers may love this; I HATE it & it makes me hesitant to rent from Uhaul in the future. Even if the link worked, I would hate it, but I had to wait nearly 30 minutes while the employee tried to get the link to work on her phone because it would not work on mine. I honestly think she just said she got it to work because there was no way to override it, and my husband was not listed as a driver on our paperwork despite employee stating she finally got his license to upload. Way too much hassle. When I called Uhaul after returning vehicle to get clarification RE: charges after I'd extended the rental for a day, the 1st customer service rep had a bad attitude, kept talking over me as I tried explaining my question in a different way due to her not understanding me. I asked to speak w/another employee & that gentleman was helpful & satisfied my questions.
