The only issue was that one of the rachet tie down was rusty / hard to use

All good , very informative. Only issue was how a per day charge worked. Even though the renter was open till 9:00 because uhaul closed at 5 a next day charge would stature after 5.
MICHAEL FI reserved a trailer to find out it was not there, then they made it sound like a favor they found me another one at a different location. So a simple pickup took forever. Drop off was another adventure that took forever. Now I have to wait for you to mail me my deposit back. And I paid double what a1 rentals in regina would of charged. Uhaul in saskatchewan is lucky they have no competition. So fix all of this would be a great start.
SHAWN RI only drive to balconie because Regina park Street didn't have the trailer ready. After waiting for nearly an hour, then I had to drive to balconie to pick up. So, several hours wasted, but nothing wrong with the balgonie site
