The lady was very knowledgeable regarding the equipment and very friendly. It was just a little slow getting checked out due to her using a cell phone where it was a little difficult to switch pages. Just a passing thought, as they have recently taken over Uhaul, I would recommend getting an Ipad/tablet to work from to be able to speed the process. I would definitely do business with this location again

The older lady renting us. Our equipment was very nice and polite, but it recently had back surgery and not able to lift. We were required to lift the trailer on our vehicle ourselves. Those thrailers are heavier and I remember! I really think U-Haul is a corporation needs to put a jack on those 6 x 12 trailers.
Jimmy SThe man that owns his business is very unprofessional and very rude to customers. Had my wife parked behind the trailer I was dropping off and all he could do is hit the hood of the car and be rude and tell her to move. Also, when I try to give him the keys to the truck, he said what do you want me to do with this? That is very unacceptable. U-Haul needs to feel better job on who they allow for running their equipment and dropping off. And you need to pay closer attention to who you are hire. We’ve had very bad experience this time around and probably will not U-Haul ever again. You would get negative stars if I could give it.
JOHNNY MU-haul requested that we pick up at another location 31 miles further away. However Mr. Wrights Tire insure that our truck was at the original agreed upon location at the time for pick up. Hats off to Junior.. our hero.
