I have used this location several times to rent a pick-up truck. Both times I received excellent service. The customer service reps have been pleasant. The equipment was clean and well maintained. The pricing was fair. I will definitely be using this facility again.

Over charged me and sent a recipient to my email after I dropped the uhaul off I also waiting in the parking spot for 20 minutes when trying to drop off (signed said to wait in vehicle and someone would come out) no one ever did so after 20 minutes I went inside because we were in a hurry! was told they'd send me a recipient no sorry for the inconvenience nothing .... I also was never asked to sign anything ... not sure how this store runs things but doesn't seem right to me I've been in the customer service industry for over 12 years and I would NEVER act this way Very disappointed

1. I reserved a 17' truck for a 7:00PM pick-up from the Ballwin, MO location and received a confirmation email. When I went to that location to pick-up the truck I was told it wasn't in their store system, the truck was reserved, and waiting, at the 650 Big Bend Road location, 6 or 7 miles further away from my home. I was told this happened earlier as well to a previous customer. 2. Prior to returning the truck I put $9.00 in gas in it for the 37 miles driven even though the fuel gauge was still on full. 3. When I dropped off the truck a lady who was there when I picked-up the truck told me I was done as soon as I gave her the key. I asked if she was going to check the mileage so I can be charged the correct amount and was told there would be no charge due to the mix up with rental location. I told her I filled the tank and she said that was sweet, but a person named Jerry, or something, said there would not be a charge for the rental. I thanked her and left. 4. The next day I received an email from Jared Langford saying my credit card was charged $103.84 for the rental. 5. So, twice in one 'transaction' I was 'misinformed' by UHaul about my rental. Not too happy.

I was charged for three days when returned on time for two days. EZ-Return would not let me check-in without location services. I was put in contact with technical support and they noted in the ticket that locator wasn't working as it should. poor poor customer communication at this location. I would have retuned Saturday had I had known my check-in was after hours Sunday. This is super easy to communicate to a renter. big big fail in my opinion. And why is the owner operator using a cell phone to copy driver license information?
