Track had warning lights on - low tire air pressure and service airbag - otherwise clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Andres DI was told that I had to pick up the dolly and furniture pads I had reserved from another location, 4301 Pulaski Hwy. The staff where I picked up the van, at 3500 Pulaski, was very helpful, but at 4301 Pulaski they were rude and extremely slow. They didn’t know how to pull up my reservation and tried to make me pay a second time for the items I had already paid for. I had a limited time window for my move so this unanticipated delay made things very stressful. U-Haul app did not give me any indication that I had to go to a separate location, which I find unprofessional.
Murat BThen I'm at the counter were very friendly and nice. There was a problem with the system though that took us about 30 minutes to resolve with them calling and me calling. They seem just frustrated as I was which was nice. But it just took a long time to get the rental seemingly due to a system outage.
