The parking lot was very tight and hard to get out of. Inside the building had an unpleasant odor and the staff was not very helpful. The U-Haul itself had a broken windshield wiper blade on the driver side which made for an unneccessary stop and stress inducing ride. Also, my reservation pick up location was moved due to inavailability and in the process, changed from a one way reservation to a round trip which made a challenge returning it to the location I originally booked.

No only was I overcharged but the rear view mirrors were not working. Every time we would drive it would turn. This almost made someone crash into us.
