Long story short when they ask you for two references just know that they are scanning them people to see if they have history with U-Haul I did not know that ! And one of them people gave me an e alert and they were not going to be touching the truck it was me driving the truck only . Of course instead of working with me to just take that person off they gave me the Blues. The owner of that location even got on speakerphone and was unbelievably rude and would not allow the representative from the e alert Department to even speak. Eventually we did get it settled through the alert as to where they updated the information which is what the representative was trying to tell him to do but he would not listen! Overall I will never go to that location again they watched you like hawks as if you was going to pocket all their goodies ...even after they scanned our ID. Naw never again!

Fast and quick
SALEH AVery disappointed in the level of service received from this establishment on Oct. 6th & 7th. The representative of U-Haul did not accompany me outside to walk around the vehicle nor to check the gas level which was damaged and gas was on E. There was not enough gas for me to make it to my pickup location. When I came back in to inform him that the gas level was on E he said, "just bring it back on E" When I went back out and took pictures of the damage to the vehicle, the trash, debree and spills that was in the truck and outside. When I came back in his coworker said that he wasn't there. When I showed him the photos, he went behind the wall to talk to someone and when he came back, he said the representative who had helped me in the beginning was eating and he'd be with me in a minute. I waited a little while and he never came out so I left because I needed to move my mom's things. I received a text message asking me to confirm the tag number of the truck which should have been done by him while I was there in addition to the photo of the license tag, I also sent the photos of the gas level, trash, debree and damage. Upon returning the vehicle I left more gas in it then what I had originally and took a photo of that as well and mileage. The same representative refused to come out and walk around the vehicle again to make sure everything checked out okay and the gas level. I took pictures of everything again. I gave him the key, and he said thank you but didn't print a receipt. I brought the vehicle back on Oct. 7th at 7:30pm but it wasn't due back until 8:30pm. I asked for a receipt, he said, "you'll receive one in your email. It is now 11:28am on Oct 9th and I still haven't received a receipt.
