I had a horrible experience. Upon returning my van the young man at the gas station had me wait outside while he inspected it. He then called me back and had me fold all ten blankets while he watched. It was awkward and humiliating. He then told me that there was small crack in the windshield. I repeatedly tried to access the website so i could see the photo i took of the windshield before i took the van, but i kept getting a message saying 'there was a problem retrieving your data'. Finally the young man said 'dont worry- it will be fine'. A few hours later i received an e-mail bill stating that i had an 'accident' and owed over $500! It has been a nightmare.

There was a low tire light on but he said it was a sensor and don't worry about it; he forgot the hand truck and I forgot to be sure it was there but he adjusted the final bill. He was helpful and pleasant to work with. I would go back.
