van was dirty and gross but worked fine.
Andrew RThey charge me 50 more dollars for claims that are unknown- added more gas than what was in the car and they charge me for 4 missing galloons while all my mileage was 12 miles and added gas with pictures !!! And I took the car with service tire needed even !!!!! Apart from all this I took unclean car and stated this when picking up and then they charge me for cleaning !!!
Sahar AThe truck was covered in bird feces. The truck had no air-conditioning. They charged me for a hand, dolly and didn't supply the dolly. They ended up having to take the charge off at the end, but that didn't change the fact that I needed one and didn't have one while moving. I also still think they charged me way more mileage wise than I paid for. I would not recommend this place at all.
Brett AI had a horrible experience. Upon returning my van the young man at the gas station had me wait outside while he inspected it. He then called me back and had me fold all ten blankets while he watched. It was awkward and humiliating. He then told me that there was small crack in the windshield. I repeatedly tried to access the website so i could see the photo i took of the windshield before i took the van, but i kept getting a message saying 'there was a problem retrieving your data'. Finally the young man said 'dont worry- it will be fine'. A few hours later i received an e-mail bill stating that i had an 'accident' and owed over $500! It has been a nightmare.
