Literally no communication or direction on where the trucks were. We had to drive around the parking lot to end up in the back of the building. Absolute pain in the ass. I don’t understand how you can advertise on the trucks “as low as $19.99” then charge off rip $160-$187 for using the U-Haul for 3 hours
