The truck seemed under powered for the trailer u-haul assigned as part of my load share. This would not be the fault of the pickup location but u-haul itself.
DEBORAH SLocation was closed during drop off time. Also address for returning the truck was different than the location address. Had to call U-Haul 24/7 for clarification on the drop off location. A common sense approach would be to provide the address/location description of where the truck should be dropped off.
James OThe vehicle is a bit dated and doesn’t advertise well for u-haul. Not a great representation decals are all but gone
