The lady at O’Bryans was extremely courteous and did her very best to deal with several customers at once. Having assisted several people moving recently I think U-Haul has a system issue. I was the second person there and was 10 minutes early and it took an entire hour because of the speed of the U-Haul website. That’s been the case each time I’ve been there and it’s been different locations each time with the same story. This lady got 2 computers and 2 iPads running in order to try to get customers processed in a timely manner while also running her own business.

For perspective, prior to just blowing off this review, please understand that I am your target customer base. Because of the nature of my profession we have self-moved over 15 times and assisted with moving family members a handful of times, using UHaul at least a dozen times. -Have the attendant offer assistance and provide customer service. When I pulled up to drop off the truck he pointed to a tight spot between trucks and directed me to park the truck I was driving. Not wanting to possibly cause any damage by attempting to squeeze the truck in I told the attendant that I wasn't going to back it in due to the tight spot but would park it facing in and could I just hand him the key instead of walking back up to the office (as he was removing keys from the 24hour drop box). I didn't receive an answer and when I got out of the truck he was gone. I walked up to the office to drop off the key and explained again about the parking and his response was, "ok." That was the totality of my interaction with the "customer service attendant".
